1. Information We Collect

HeightForecast (the "App") collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: phone number (for registration and login), password (stored encrypted), and email address (optional, for password recovery and verification codes).
• Prediction data: the child's gender, age, height, weight, parents' heights, and puberty stage entered by you, used solely to calculate height prediction results.
• Subscription information: Apple subscription status (provided by the Apple App Store) to determine membership benefits.

We do NOT collect: precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any cross-app tracking data.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and manage your account;
• Calculate and store height prediction results and history;
• Send verification codes by email when you forget your password;
• Verify subscription status to provide corresponding features.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Storage & Security

• Passwords are hashed with the industry-standard bcrypt algorithm; no one, including us, can view the plaintext.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption.
• Data is used only for App functionality, with strictly limited access.

4. Third-Party Services

• Apple In-App Purchase: subscription payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
• Cloudflare: used for network acceleration and protection.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App's Settings page, or contact us for deletion. We will complete deletion within 7 business days of receiving the request.

6. Children's Privacy

Prediction data is entered and stored by parents under the parent's account. We are aware that it involves a minor's information; therefore it is never used for analytics, profiling, or advertising — only for viewing prediction results by the parent.

7. Changes to This Policy

If material changes occur, we will notify you in the App or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
